One great way to make sure that happens is by eating superfoods! Superfoods are nutrient dense foods that have been selected for their high concentration of vitamins and minerals, making them an excellent choice when trying to restore hormones naturally.
Maca
Maca is a root vegetable that has been used in traditional Andean medicine for centuries. It’s rich in vitamins, minerals and amino acids. In fact, Maca contains more protein than any other plant or seed!
